Coming down from first floor to

walk out basement,

where nothing existed before.

It starts with a 3D model.

LVL structural beams were laminated with

maple plywood as well as solid material.

The last two steps were to be embedded

into platform at basement level.

Two inch maple treads were created

in shop, and fastened with

screws, then plugged in field.

All posts and railings were

milled from raw maple stock.
